Aucard de Tours festival has been run for over 40 years by Radio Béton, a local association based in Tours, France.
Each year, a creative call is launched to design the poster and merchandise for the new edition, based on a specific theme.
In 2022, the theme “Feels good to be here, doesn’t it?” echoed the aftermath of the pandemic years. I proposed an illustration centered around simple, universal pleasures — music, beer, relaxation — infused with a touch of playful madness true to the festival’s spirit.
